Killer Custom Door Panels

We went with a .040 aluminum base and routed MDF, wrapped everything in clean black vinyl, and tucked red LEDs behind the armrests so they glow from underneath. The effect is exactly what you’d hope for — those armrests light up with a deep, rich red that looks badass day or night.

When the customer came to pick it up, he was grinning from ear to ear. The panels fit perfectly, the vinyl looks sharp, and that red backlighting gives the whole interior a custom vibe that really pops. It’s the kind of upgrade that makes you want to open the door just to show it off.
